Refund policy

You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days from the moment you receive your order. Within this period you may cancel your purchase without giving any reason. This also applies to discounted items.

Register your return via support@astosworld.com and include your order number. You will receive the return instructions right away. Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn, shows no signs of use, and comes with all labels and in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will get the full purchase amount back within 14 days via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly; in that case we will also refund the return costs.
