Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please complete the withdrawal form, print it, and include it with your return package. The return address can be found on the form.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, unused, and free from signs of wear. All original labels, accessories, and packaging must be included and intact.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days after we have received the returned items or after you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping costs are refunded when the entire order is returned, except where additional shipping options beyond standard delivery were chosen.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Promotional Periods and Discounted Products

During promotional periods or when products are purchased at a discount, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed.

Customers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and may return products provided they meet the return conditions above.

For discounted or promotional purchases, approved returns are refunded in the form of a store voucher equal to the purchase amount. The voucher will be issued by email within 14 days after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Any applicable shipping charges remain non-refundable.
