Shipping policy

Orders placed on business days before 20:00 are processed the same day.

Delivery times: Netherlands and Belgium 1 to 2 business days, usually the next day. Germany and other EU countries 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.

Shipping costs: free shipping from 50 euros in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; outside these countries free from 150 euros. Below these thresholds, the exact shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the new stock arrives; the expected date is shown on the product page.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace link by email. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances at the carrier.
